At WAGNER ACCOUNTING LIMITED we offer an extensive range of services to satisfy the diverse needs of our individual and business clients. We keep current on income tax and accounting issues in our ever-changing business environment, while utilizing the latest in technological advances.

Our core services include:

Accounting:

We offer complete record keeping and financial statement preparation services. This service is offered at our office or at the client's location, using either our equipment and software or that of the client. We will be pleased to assist in initial system set-up and maintenance. These services are not limited to financial accounting, but also encompass cost accounting, including inventory management and valuation.

Business Financial Management:

We provide detailed financial statement analysis on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. This service can include the formulation and analysis of budgets and also variance analysis of actual versus budgeted results. We provide assistance in the preparation of detailed business plans and proposals, as well as presentations to banks and other third-party organizations. We advise clients on business registrations with the Province and with the Canada Revenue Agency (Revenue Canada).

Income Tax Preparation and Planning:

Our firm offers income tax preparation and planning services for corporations (T2 Returns) and also for individuals, including those with sole proprietorships and partnerships. We use the latest software to prepare and electronically file (where applicable) an individual's tax return. We also employ software to prepare corporate tax returns and file these returns in person at the local Canada Revenue Agency office. Other related services include all applicable tax filings and related correspondence. We also file US income tax returns with the IRS and the US Department of the Treasury for our clients with US tax reporting requirements.

Other Services:

Other services our firm provides include contracts to complete special projects such as system implementations or upgrades, special applications to governmental agencies, working with banks to arrange short and long-term financing and the establishment of internal controls to monitor and track cash flows. We also provide training on computer applications, as well as instruction in basic accounting functions.
